摘要
用几种国产自熔合金粉末制备喷熔层.与45淬火钢配对构成摩擦副,进行摩擦磨损试验,以相对磨损量评价喷熔层的摩擦磨损性能。
Abrasion wear test for several spray coatings of typical China-made self- fluxing alloy powders is conducted by using hardened steel-45 as an abrasion wear taster.The friction and wear performance of thermal spray coating is evaluated by the relatively wearing capacity in the interfacial test of coatings.
