摘要 电液比例控制技术已在机电一体化设计和工程中得到广泛应用.其电控部分普遍采用模拟放大器.存在温漂大、调整困难、分立元件过多、且拄制功能单一等缺点.本文所叙电液比例阀电脑控制器采用单片机控制,大大提高了控制性能和功能.便于多级计算机控制管理.也易于应用在其它场合.文中主要介绍了本机的工作原理及其特点. The control technology in electro-hydraulic proportion h, been widely applied. inthe design and engineering of mechatronics. Its electrical control part:.SPnerally employsthe analogous amplifier. There are defects in bigger temperature drift,psore 4iffciult adjustment,excess discrete components and single control function.BetwFe single chip microcomputer is used in microcomputer controller for electro-hydrapliF. proportionalvalves,its control function and performance is enhanced greatly,its co ̄nient for multistage computer control and mangement and easy to use in other .situation This.articlemainly introduces its working principle and characteristics.
