摘要
研究将聚酯废料进行清洗、过滤、造粒,并进行熔融法纺丝,制成细旦、粗旦、异型色纤,广泛用于无纺布、毛皮、喷胶绵、棉纺、毛纺等纺织用品。实验研究结果表明:聚酯废料再生纤维性能良好,纺丝工艺流程中成型良好、工艺稳定,纺丝速度可达550米/分以上,再生纤维的物理指标基本符合工业、民用纤维再制品的要求。
This thesis is contributed to various fibre manufacture, making use of the waste polyester by cleaning,scrapping; granular making and melt-spinning. It's been proved by production practice good property for this re-generate fibre,which can be widely used for various textile.In the experiment research range, good choice of the material &. it's proportion, reasonable adjust of the technical parameter, bring an outstanding effect on improving the fibre spinning periodicity,and the special discussion on the regenerate fibre whitening & dying techenology make the physical target basically reach the requirement of the products both forindustrial &. civilian use.
