用新型水溶性偶氮引发剂引发二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的聚合反应 被引量:25

摘要 偶氮双脒基丙烷二盐酸盐(AAP.2HCl)在水介质中引发的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)聚合,其引发速率较用过硫酸按(APS)引发的快,转化率、分子量也较高。对反应助剂Na4EDTA和水介质的pH值对两引发体系的影响进行了研究。计算出在绝热聚合条件下三种引发体系的(单引发及复合引发)活化能。 he polymerizat on of quaternary ammonium monomer: dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) initiated with 2,2'-Azobis-2-amidinopropane dihydrochloride (AAP·2HCl) in aqeous media was investigated. The rate of initiation and polymerisation initiated with AAP·2HCl is faster than that with ammonium persuifate (APS) and the molecular weights of resulted polymer are also higher than that untiated with APS. The solution polymerization of DMDAAC in water initiated with complex imitator system of APS and AAP·2HCl were investigated. The active energies of three initiator systems under adiabatic polymerization condition were calculated.
