摘要
用固相反应法制备了La_(1-x)Sr_xCoO_(3-y)导电陶瓷材料,研究了制备工艺对烧结性能的影响。实验结果表明:烧结体的致密度取决于预烧温度、烧成温度及保温时间,此外还与成型方法等因素有关。在1000~1300℃保温2~15h获得了高密度、导电性良好的立方钙钛矿型La_(1-x)Sr_xCoO_(3-y)(x=0.5,0.6)陶瓷材料。用X射线分析了材料的相组成和结构。
The conductive ceramics,La_(1-x)Sr_xCoO_(3-y),were prepared by solid-state reactionmethod.Effect of preparation technology on sinterability were studied.The results showed that thebulk density of the sintering body depended oncalcining temperature,sintering temperature,soaking time,as well as shaping methods. The cubicperovskite-type La_(1-x)Sr_xCoO_(3-y)(X=0.5,0.6)ceramic materials with high density and goodelectrical conductivity were obtained at temperaturebetween 1000 and 1300℃ for 2 to 15h.The phaseand structure of the materials were characterized byX-ray diffraction.
