摘要
对探索细胞之间相互作用的机制,对BALB/c小鼠胸腺皮质内腺苷三磷酸酶进行了细胞化学定位。结果表明该酶活性主要位于毛细血管基膜、内皮细胞质膜和吞饮小泡;上皮性网状细胞和胸腺细胞的质膜外层,特别是二者的相邻面。巨噬细胞及上皮性网状细胞的溶酶体和囊泡也具有此酶活性。本文对外位腺苷三磷酸酶有抑制腺苷三磷酸诱发胸腺细胞凋落死亡的可能性进行了讨论。
In order to investigate the mechanism of the cell-cell interactions, the determination of cytochemical localization for ecto-ATPase activity in the thymic cortex of BALB/c mouse was proceeded. The results showed that the ecto-ATPase activity was localized largely on the basement membrane surrounding the vessels, the plasma membrane of endothelial cells and thymocytes, especially the contact part between them. The enzyme activity was also found in the lysosomes and vacuoles of macrophages and epithelial reticular cells. Since it is known that the extracellular ATP is shown to be a trigger for apoptosis of thymocytes, the ecto-ATPase may have a protective function to inhibit these processes.
