摘要
为了解决回转机械的转子不对中问题,浙江大学开发了新型在线"对中状态监视系统",经过杭州制氧机厂氧压机开车过程的实验考核以及镇海石化总厂炼油厂主风机上的长期运行,取得了令人满意的效果。该监视系统运行稳定,性能良好,能较好地反映机器在冷、热状态下的对中变化情况,对解决国内某些机组(如石化系统的烟机、电站汽轮发电机组等)的故障开辟了良好的前景。
Abstract Zhejiang University has developed a new type of 'on-line alignment supervision system' to solve the problem of bad rotor alignment in rotatary machineries. Satisfactory results have been obtained in test trials during starts of an oxygen compressor in Hangzhou's oxygen plant and during a main air fan's long term operation in the oil refinery of the General Zhenhai Oil Refinery. This supervisory system operates stable, functions well and can fairly well indicate the machine's alignment condition in hot as well as in cold state. It has opened a prospects for solying some faults met in machine sets like gas compressors in petro-chemical plants and turbine-generator sets in power plants.
