摘要
本文介绍了一种结合矩量法的边界元分析法，用于计算多层封装结构中，具有任意边界形状的均匀导体平面上各接触点之间的等效电阻网络。
This paper describes a boundary element formation together with the moment method analysis, which is used to calculate the equivalent resistance among multiport for packaging structure consisting of uniform conducting plane with arbitrarily shaped boundaries.
