锌锰干电池中有机缓蚀剂作用机理的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 利用电化学方法研究了有机复合缓蚀剂PA对锌的缓蚀作用,PA通过附在锌表面形成一层膜,抑制锌的腐蚀,当电池放电时,由于电位变化,此膜松脱;不影响电池放电.电池处于开路状态,PA又吸附在锌上.同时还探讨了用PA取代HgCl_2锌锰干电池的可行性. The inhibiting action of organic composite PA on zinc corrosion was investigated by using electrochemical technique. With the adsorption of PA, a film is formed on zinc surf ace, impeding zinc corrosion. The film then separated from the electrode surface as a result of the greater change of potential during discharging. Once returning to open circuit state,PA will be adsorbed on zinc again. The discharge and storage performances of R6P cells with PA as inhibitor is comparable to that of cells with HgCl2.
