摘要
本文重点阐述了水轮机调速器的极点配置法设计原理与方法,给出了按极点配置原理导出的PID调节器的参数优化公式.同时,介绍了以极点配置调节器为基础的水轮机自适应调节系统的结构.仿真及现场试验结果表明,按极点配置法设计的水轮机调速器能较好地兼顾频率扰动和负荷扰动的性能.而以极点配置调节器为基础的水轮机自适应调速器,不仅具有良好的参数自适应性,而且能使调节系统获得更优良的动态品质.
In this paper,design principle and method of the pole - placement for the hydraulic turbine governor are described mainly.The optimal equations for PID governor parameters based on the pole- placement are given.In the meantime, an adaptive hydraulic turbine governing system based on fbis method is introduced.The results of emulation and field test proved that the pole- placement governor can better take account of the system characteristic of the frequency and load disturbance.The adaptive hydraulic turbine governor not only possesses with good adaptability of the parameters, but also can gain more good characteristic of governing system.
