摘要
土地利用规划是开发区规划的核心，它受经济社会发展的制约．我国的城市开发区经过15年来的建设，从理论到实践都取得了一定的成效和经验．为使开发区的建设能科学合理地发展下去，作者对其中的土地利用规划尚存在的问题，作了分析与研究，提出了若干见解。
Land use plan is the central task of planning work for development zones in China which is constrained by social- economic devblopment. On the theoretical and pratical experience of past 15 years, the author analyses the remaining problems and gives suggestions on the land use planning issues in development zones torwards the transition to market economy in China
