摘要
配制含Sb为1.8%的铜-锑-铅-砷-锡的五元低锑合金,它可用于制造阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池的板栅,其电池的自放电明显降低。本文介绍其配制方法,并讨论了有关铅锑合金中锑含量对电池性能影响的一些问题。
Low antimony Pb-Sb-Cu-As-Sn alloy which contains 1.8%Sb has been prepared.This alloy can be used in making grids of valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries,and the self-discharge of such batteries evidently decreases,This paper introduces the preparation of the alloy and discusses some problems about the effect of the antimony amount in Pb-Sb alloy on characteristics of the batteries.
