摘要
研究了采用氧化铝高温碳还原法合成AIN粉末。系统研究了还原氮化反应的工艺参数、原料粉的结构及特性添加剂和混合粉的原始状态等对反应过程的影响。结果表明:θ-Al_2O_3的反应活性高于α-Al_2O_3;在原料中添加适量的Y_2O_2可明显提高反应速度;压块状混合粉比疏松状混合粉反应速率大,反应程度高。提高反应温度和延长反应时间都可提高反应速度,但反应温度的影响大于反应时间,较为适宜的反应温度和时间为1750~1800℃,1~5h.
This paper is an investigation of the carbo thermal synthesis of AlN powders,the effects of the process parameters,the structure of Al_2O_3,the addition and original state of the mixed powders on the reaction rate were studied,The Products Were cbaracterized by X-ray diffraction and SEM. It was found that θ-Al_2O_3 is easier to be transformed to AlN than c-Al_2O_3. The addition of Y_2O_3 into Al_2O_3 powders can enhance the reaction rate,and the fressed mixed powders react more quickly than the loose mixed powders,The increasement Of the reaction temperature and time is favorable to the increasement of the reaction rate,but the influence of the reaction temperature islarger than thtt of the reaction time.The appropriate reactiontemperature and time are 1750~l800℃and 1~5 hours.
