摘要
PVDF是一种新型的高分子压电型传感器材料,有较敏感的压电效应。文中讨论了PVDF在冲击实验中的动态标定、频响特性及压电特性。实验结果与应变片的结果进行了比较,说明PVDF具有噪音信号小、频响宽、瞬态响应时间短等特点,具有广泛的应用前景。文中还给出了PVDF用在铝试件及岩石试件中压应力波测量的试验结果。
Polyvinylidene fluoried(PVDF),as a new type of piezoelectricity material,ishighly sensitive to compressive stress.In this paper,the dynamical calibration and frequency re-sponse properties of PVDF gauges are discussed-Comparing the compressive pulse measured with PVDF gauges with that of strain gauges,we can find that the former has smaller noise signal thanthe latter and its response time is almost the same as that of the latter,and its frequency responsedistribution is wide. PVDF will be suitable for wide variety of applications for its good properties.The compressive pulses measured with PVDF gauges placed in aluminum and rock bar specimens are given too.
