摘要
气体比例混合设备是食品气调包装的重要技术设备。本文介绍压力法气体比例混合的原理和用微机与压力传感器控制的ＧＭ—Ｉ型气体比例混合装置。气体比例混合的精度是影响食品气调包装效果的重要因素，奥氏气体分析器可较精确检测所设计的气体比例混合装置的配气精度。
Gas ratio mixing is importance device for modified atmosphere packaging.The article presents the principle ofgas ratio mixing on gas pressure method andthe GM type gas ratio device to be controlled by computer and sencor.The tolerance of gas ratio mixing is the importancefactor influencing the keeping quality ofmodified atmosphere packaging.By usingOstwore gas analyzer,the tolerance of gasratio mixing device can measure to more exact exent.
