本体感受性刺激增强肢体骨骼肌运动能力的机理

摘要 前文[1]已证明,电刺激家兔坐骨神经可使肱二头肌的自发肌电增多,由此刺激大脑皮层运动区诱发的肌电反应持时延长。表明本体感受性刺激对不同脊髓节段的骨骼肌的兴奋性和主动运动均有易化作用。本文进一步对此现象的产生机理进行了探讨。发现切断皮层感觉区与运动区之间的联系后,上述现象消失,提示本体感受性神经肌肉易化作用有赖于脑皮层机能上的完整。 ln our previous workit was proved that the electrical stimulation of ischiadic nervecould increase the spontaneous discharge of arm biceps muscle, above whose electrical activity was e-voked by stimulating motor area of cerebral cortex. It showed that the excitability and active contrac-tion of muscle might be facilitated by the impulses from proprioceptors via different level of spinalcord. In this work the mechanism of the phenomenon mentioned above was investigated. It has beenfound that the facilitation did disappear after the interconnection between the sense area and motorarea of cerebral cortex was cut off. It suggests that the functional intactness of cerebral cortex is indis-pensable for the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
