The polycrystalline diamond has been developing as a kind of new mat-erial since 1970's. The remarkable characteristic of polycrystalline diamond is super wear-resistant, but it is much difficult to shapely machine it. This paper commets in de-tail the present situation and development of polycrystalline diamond shapely machined technique.
