摘要
在18℃条件下,线椒种子经0.5%~2.0%PVA渗调处理12~48h后,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均有所提高,种子浸出液相对电导率降低,芽期POD、SOD活性增强,SOD活性的峰值提前,其中以1.5%PVA渗调12h效果最好。
Effects of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) priming on the increase of chilli seed vigour and activity of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)during the seed germination with the tested materialcv. 'Xinong No. 20' were discussed in this paper. The results indicated that germination percentage, germinating viability and seed vigour of chilli seeds were increased, and the relative electric conductivity of seed extract solution was decreased when chilli seeds were primed in 0.5% -2% of PVA solution at 18℃ for 12h-48h. Comparison with unpriming seeds, the activity of POD and SOD was increased in priming seeds during the seed germination. The highest value of activity of SOD appeared earlier in priming seeds than that in unpriming seeds. The best result was obtained in the treatment of 1. 5 % of PVA solution priming 12h.
