摘要
通过理论分析和试验证明,可采用有色冶炼厂的含砷烟尘代替白砒作玻璃澄清剂。砷烟尘加入量1.2%时,其澄清效果最好,它还兼有助熔和脱色功能,采用此法基本消除了有色冶炼厂的砷害,也使玻璃厂排出的废气中砷含量降低到原来的17.3%,大大减轻了玻璃厂对环境的污染。
Applying the arsenic smoke from nonferrous smeltery instead of white arsenic as the finingagent of glass is fully feasible through theoretical analysis and trial test.The effect of fining is the bestwhen the ratio of arsenic smoke is 1.2%. The smoke possesses the effects of not only fining but alsofluxing and decoloring.After the smoke is used,the harm of arsenic of nonferrous smeltery could bebasically ridded and the content of arsenic in the waste gas of the glassworks could decrease to 17.3%of the original level.The environmental pollution of the glassworks could be reduced greatly.
