摘要
二甲基硫(DMS)是雨水天然酸性的主要贡献者和影响气候变化的重要痕量气体本文海水中DMS测定方法:即采用冷却预浓缩技术处理海水样品,用带有火焰光度检测器气相色谱仪分析,此方法的精密度为12%,准确度为10%,对100ml海水样品最小检测量为0.054ng(DMS).同时对色谱柱的选取、实验材料的选择、浓缩柱填充材料的选择、鼓气效率、干燥管、样品解析、样品保存等有关实验步骤进行了讨论.
Dimethyl sulfide(DMS) is not only the major contributor to the acidity of natural precipitation , but also a potentially important trace gas which affects the change in climate. A determination method of DMS in sea water has been developed,that is,cryogenic technique is applied to pre-concentrate the sample of sea water, then a gas chromatograph with a flame photometric detector is used to analyse. Accuracy is 10%. Precision is 12%. The minimum detection limit is 0. 054 ng (DMS) corresponding to a concentration of 0. 54ng (DMS)/1 for a 100 ml sample. Meanwhile, selections of chromatographic column,experiment materials,packing materials in cold trap,stripping efficiency, drying of gas stream, desorption efficiency and sample efficiency, drying of gas stream,desorption efficiency and sample storage are also discussed.
