摘要
以锌铝合金ZA-27为基体,通过对石墨、陶瓷颗粒进行预处理、机械搅拌和合金化等,使石墨、陶瓷颗粒与熔融状态的锌铝合金复合成均匀的浆料,在高比压下挤压成型,得到石墨、陶瓷颗粒增强的锌铝合金复合材料铸件,其金属基体上均匀地分布着石墨、陶瓷颗粒。在有润滑和无润滑的情况下,复合材料的耐磨减摩性能均比ZA-27合金有较大幅度的提高。
Through pretreating graphite or ceramic particles, mcehaical stirring and alloying, the molten ZA-27 metal matrix with graphite. ceramic particles was compounded into homogeneous slurry, then which subjected to squeeze at high pressure to achieve graphite or ceramic particles reinforced ZA-27 castings, the graphite or ceramic particles in the metal matrix were well-distributed. Under both lubricated and unlubricated conditions , the antifriction and antiwear properties of the compostite castings are markedly increased, as compared with that of ZA-27 alloy.
