摘要
对南五味子和北五味子药材的石油醚、乙醚和水的提取物进行红外光谱测定,结果南五味子和北五味子分别具有很好的光谱特征,根据其红外光谱可以准确地鉴别南、北五味子。
The extrcts of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae, obtained by the same isolating procedure, were denermiuend by IR spectra. The results showed that the IR spectral evidences of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae are of easily found distinguishing characteristics and can be used to exactly tell the differece between Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae.
