摘要
乡镇化工企业要实现战略目标的转移,应该:(1) 从依靠增加投资转向依靠科技;(2) 从只注重产值转向注重产品质量;(3) 从依托国内市场逐步转向国际市场;(4) 从过去的分散经营转向专业化、社会化协作生产;(5) 从小生产经营管理逐步转向现代科学经营管理。作者认为,乡镇化工企业应立足于农业,围绕农业办化工。乡镇化工企业上新项目对应做好可行性研究工作。
The realization of strategic shift of township chemical enterprises depends upon science and technology,emphasis on product quality, the capability of gradually turning onto the international market, the degree of carrying out specialized and socialized production and modern scientific management.The township chemical enterprises should base themselves on agriculture and pivot all its activities upon agriculture. Feasibility study is necessary before a new project is put into execution.
