摘要
该文分析了民营传统企业向高新技术企业转型的一般类型,主要探讨企业转型时期一些重要却被忽略的制约因素:企业文化、企业惯性和企业一致性等问题.
The article illustrates the common issues of civilian-run traditional enterprises in transforming into scientific ones. It also probes into the restricting factors in transforming which are always neglected by others, such as capital, corporate culture, running inertia, business consistence, enterprises autonomy and so on.
