摘要
针对绝缘子表面沉积污秽主要成分之一的受潮时会逐渐溶解的CaSO4,用浸水法研究了潮湿环境中CaSO4对硅橡胶复合绝缘子憎水性的影响。试验结果显示:与去离子水中浸泡的试样相比,CaSO4溶液中浸泡的试样的憎水性下降速度更快,且其试样表面随浸泡时间延长而逐渐形成了潮湿状态下可被擦除的亲水性物质,将其擦除后试样表面的憎水性立即恢复。分析认为:CaSO4的溶解促进了硅橡胶的水解从而加快了试样憎水性的下降速度。此外,试验中还发现盛水容器的选择对试验结果有影响。
CaSO4 is one of the main deposited contaminants on in service insulators surfaces. It will gradually dissolve in water when contaminated insulators suffer from wet stress. In this paper, based on immersing the samples into distilled water and CaSO4 solution, the effect of CaSO4 on the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber composite insulators is studied. Comparing with those immersed into distilled water, the samples immersed into CaSO4 solution exhibite the faster hydrophobicity loss velocity. It is found that with the increase of immersing time, a layer of hydrophilic substance gradually forms on the surfaces of the samples immersed into CaSO4 solution, which could be washed away in wet condition and then the hydrophobicity of the samples recovers immediately. It is analyzed that the dissolution of CaSO4 promotes the hydrolysis of samples and increases the hydrophobicity loss rate of them in water. Otherwise, it is found that the choice of the container affects the experimental results.
