摘要
分析了纺纱机械高速化、自动化、纺织企业管理进步对器材组合优势的需要,以及胶辊、胶圈适应先进纺纱机械的技术机理;提出实现精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱全过程铝衬表面不处理是胶辊系统组合优势的方向,指出中胶辊替代中铁辊能与胶圈形成两种器材的组合优势。
Analysis is done to the speedy spinning and automation of textile machines and progress of textile management on the demand of grouping edge of textile accessories,as well as the tek philosophy of cots and aprons to the advanced spinning machines.Idea is put forth for the grouping edge of cot system through aliuminium inserted nontreatment cots for carding,doubling,roving and spinning process.
