摘要
基于传热学的相关知识,提出一种计算直升机机身温度场的方法。首先对直升机外形三维建模,编写接口程序导出模型数据。在考虑旋翼洗流作用的前提下,利用热源法计算由发动机喷流影响的直升机机身温度场。最后分析所得结果,绘制直升机机身温度分布图。用热源法计算直升机机身温度场可以为直升机红外隐身设计和结构优化设计提供参考。
Based on knowledge of heat conduction, this paper calculates temperature field of a helicopter with heat source method. First, build a three-dimensional model of a helicopter, then compile interface program in order to get the data of the model. Second, with effects of rotor downwash and side wash on engine jet, heat source method is carried out to calculate the temperature field of the helicopter. Finally, an example is given to show that this method can be used to provide reference for the infrared concealment design and structural optimization design of a helicopter.
