摘要
目的应用超声心动图技术评价高血压患者左心室舒张功能,并探讨其与脑钠素(BNP)的关系。方法高血压组和对照组均行常规超声及多普勒组织成像技术(DTI)检查。脉冲波多普勒测量二尖瓣瓣尖舒张早期最大血流速度(E)、晚期最大血流速度(A),计算比值(E/A);DTI测量二尖瓣环心肌舒张早期峰值运动速度(e)、晚期峰值运动速度(a),计算比值(e/a)。以E/A、e/a比值作为评价左心室舒张功能的指标。所有研究对象均测定血浆脑钠素浓度。结果高血压组舒张功能降低,血浆BNP浓度升高;BNP与E/A、e/a比值负相关(r分别是-0.60、-0.56,P均<0.01)。结论BNP与应用超声心动图技术评价的高血压左室舒张功能有较好的相关性。
Objective To determine the correlation between brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and left ventricular diastolic function by echocardiography.MethodsConventional echocardiography and doppler tissue imaging(DTI) were performed in hypertension group(n=61) and control group(n=20). The pulsed Doppler was used to measure the flow speed of early diastolic period (E) and the flow speed of late diastolic period(A) at mitral tip. We detected wall motion of mitral valve annulus and recorded DTI indexes including e, a. The ratio of E/A and e/a was used to evaluate left ventricular diastolic function.The plasma level of BNP was measured by radio-immunology analysis. ResultsCompared with control group, the ratio of E/A and e/a decreased significantly in the hypertension group; BNP increased significantly in the hypertension group; Significant correlation were found between BNP and E/A and e/a, (r=-0.60, r=-0.56, P<0.01).Conclusion Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction was closely related to the alteration of plasma BNP.
