摘要
目的探讨双氧水消毒气管内套管的消毒效果,及每个气管内套消毒时间、双氧水消毒持续使用的时间。方法随机将58例气管切开的患者分为3组,实验组A20例气管内套采用3%双氧水消毒法(消毒液为连续使用6h);对照组20例采用煮沸消毒法;实验组B18例采用3%双氧水消毒法(消毒液为连续使用96h);比较双氧水消毒法与煮沸消毒法消毒效果,以及双氧水消毒后10min、20min、30min的消毒效果,双氧水连续使用24h、48h、72h、96h的消毒效果。结果3%双氧水消毒法消毒时间至少要20min;双氧水连续使用72h可保证物品消毒效果。结论3%双氧水消毒法消毒气管内套管可以替代、更优于煮沸消毒法;内套管每次浸泡消毒时间不可少于20min,而且双氧水可持续使用72h。
Objective To investigate the effect of sterilization of hydrogen peroxide solution (HPS) and the disinfection time in endotracheal tube and how long the effect of HPS keeps. Methods Endotracheal tubes in 58 patients were selected to be sterilized. A group of 20 cases used 3%HPS, and the effect of disinfection was monitored at 10, 20, 30 minutes. Another group of 20 cases used boiling disinfection for 30 minutes. The effect of sterilization of HPS in the rest of 18 cases was monitored by culturing bacteria respectively at 24, 48, 72, 96 hours. Results The sterilization of 3%HPS, no less than 20 minutes, has the same effect of disinfection within 72 hours. Conclusion HPS is an effective, convenient way to sterilize endotracheal tubes. The sterilization needs at least 20 minutes and the effect can keep 72 hours.
