摘要
阐述了道德及体育道德的内涵,就运动训练中运动员的道德修养与其竞技水平间的关系作了系统分析,并详细论述了教练员在运动员体育道德规范形成中所扮演的脚色和发挥的作用。研究认为,在运动员道德培养中必须注重以下三方面问题:首先,正确处理好个人利益与集体利益相结合的原则;其次,将功利与奉献相调和;再次,必须确立明确的体育道德规范并强化体育道德教育。
In this paper,the author expounds the concept of moral and sports moral,he analyzes the relationship between athlete's moral calculation and their athletics level.The Result shows that we should pay attention to three fields in athletes' moral cultivation:first,combining the profit of person with that of the group he belongs to;second,the reputation and profit he gets should fit to his work;third,we should give them the clear standard moral they should obey.
