本文阐述了供应链上的企业在权衡合作博奕关系后选择建立战略合作伙伴关系,并提出可供应链运作的重要作用;分析伙伴关系的紧密程度对供应链库存管理的影响和不同伙伴关系下的供应链库存管理策略及其转换;伙伴关系对库存管理效益的影响。
This article describes the enterprises in supply-chain have selected the establishment of strategic co-operative relationship under the consideration of their relationship, and points out the importance of the supply-chain, analyses its inventory management strategy and conversion, as well as the effect on its benefit under the different partnership.
