摘要
研究了半夏组织培养过程中外植体的选择，观察了组培苗的形态发生过程。探讨了不同生长调节物质组合对半夏形态发生的影响，并报道了半夏无性系快速繁殖系统的建立及组培苗的栽培结果。

papar,selection of the explaints and morphogenesis of the plantlet
involved in tha tissue cultureof Pinellia ternata have been
investigated,the effect of different combinations of growth
-regulating substances on themorphogenesis has ben studied,and the
result of the establishment of clonal rapid propagation system and
the trans-planting of test -tube Pforlliti edlings has also been
reported.
