摘要
对８７例经中医辨证为“脾胃气虚”的慢性萎缩性胃炎（ＣＡＧ）患者，测定血浆环核苷酸（ｃＡｍｐ）及环磷酸马苷（ｃＧｍｐ），结果发现ｃＡｍｐ显著低于正常值（Ｐ＜０．０１）而ｃＧｍｐ呈正常低值（Ｐ＞０．０５）。３０例ＣＡＧ患者经用具有健脾益气，疏调气机的“萎胃安冲剂”治疗后，在脾胃气虚症状改善的同时，ｃＡｍｐ及ｃＧｍｐ均见明显增加，且具显著差异（Ｐ分别＜０．０１及＜０．０５）。由此可见血浆ｃＡｍｎ及ｃＧｍｐ与脾胃气虚关系密切。
The plasma cAMP and cGMP were detected in 87 patients with chronic atrophygastritis of spleen-qi deficiency. The results showed that cAMP was obviously lower than the normal value (P<0. 01 ),cGmp value was decreased but within normal range (P>0. 05). 30 patients of them were treated by Weiweian powder and the spleen-qi deficiency symptoms were obviously improved,at same time,cAMP and cGmp were markedly increased.They have significant difference (P<0.01,P<0. 05 ). These manifested that the plasma cAMP and cGMP has close relation with spleen-stomach qi deficiency.
