摘要
目的评价磁性附着体的临床应用效果。方法用53个Magtit磁性附着体为18名患者制做25件总义齿,进行12～18个月的随访观察。结果19件总义齿采用了2～4枚磁体的总义齿,固位效果满意或良好;6件采用了1枚磁体的总义齿,固位也得到改善。结论磁性附着体对改善义齿的功能有显著作用。
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of magnetic attachment with overdenture. [Methods] Twenty-five complete overdentures were made with 53 Magfit EX magnetic Attachments in 18 patients. The cases were followed up for 12 to 18 months. [Results] Nineteen Complete overdentures which had 2 to 4 magnetic attachments had satisfied or good retention;The retention could also be improvedin 6 complete overdentures which had only one magnetic attachment. [Conclusion] Magfit EX magnetic attachments is very useful to improve the function of complete overdentures.
