摘要 虽然薄膜分离技术在玉米湿磨工业中是比较新的生产工艺,但它正迅速发展成为一种可用于组分浓缩、提纯及分离的十分重要的方法。这不仅能提高蒸发器的生产能力,而且节能、节水,减少环境污染。描述了微滤、超滤、纳滤及反渗透薄膜分离机理;重点介绍了薄膜分离技术在浸渍液浓缩,蒸发器顶流出物处理、玉米胚芽油加工、玉米蛋白质分离及玉米淀粉洗涤、脱水和浓缩等玉米湿磨工艺中的应用前景。 <Abstrcat>Although membrane separation technology is a relatively new process in corn wet milling industry,it is rapidly developing into a significant method for concentration,purification,and separation of components.Its application can not only increase the capacity of evaporators but also save energy and water,reduce environmental pollution.This article describes membrane separation mechanisms of microfiltration(MF),ultrafiltration(UF),nanofitration(NF)and reverse osmosis(RO).The application prospects of membrane technology for steep water concentration,treatment of evaporating water overhead,corn oil processing,protein separation,starch washing,dewatering and concentration in cron wet milling industry are emphatically introduced.
