摘要
本文对心脏基础液（基础液）进行了实验研究。建立了基础液中钾镁离子对生物膜的透膜实验，检验了基础液对离体豚鼠心功能的作用，以及在实验兔休克模型的反应等。评价和探讨基础液的药效学作用。
The pharmacodynamic effects of the solution of
Aspartate-Malate-Electrolyte(AME)had been studied in Lab.The Solu-tion could provide highenergy
phosphates, increace influent of potassium,and decreade the concentractions of NADH. The da-ta
reflected the beneficial effects associated with action of AME on myocardial protection,and were
confirmed by the hymody-namic results in animal experiments.
