摘要
阐述了合成型和复合型两类高效减水剂的分类和性能特点,对高效减水剂的化学结构特点进行了分析.对合成类高效减水剂产品的原材料替代、改性以及开发新品种减水剂进行了介绍,并对复合型高效减水剂采用减水剂复合使用和减水剂与功能型保坍组分、引气组分复合使用进行了探讨.介绍了日本高效减水剂的应用情况及发展趋势,并预测聚羧酸系减水剂将是我国高效减水剂发展的一个重要方向.
The classification and performance of two kinds of superplasticizers,synthetic and compound,are introduced.Chemical structure characteristics of superplasticizers are analysed.Performance of superplasticizers through controlling the ratio of —COOH and —SO_3H is discussed,especially substitution and modification of raw material of synthetic superplasticizers and new superplasticizers are introduced,followed with the applying of the functional integrates such as slump-keeping and air-entraining in compound superplasticizer.The application and development of superplasticizers in Japan are put forward.The study forecasts polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer will be developing in our country.
