茜素红S与壳聚糖相互作用的电化学行为研究 被引量:5

摘要 在pH5.0NaAcHAc缓冲溶液中,茜素红S能与壳聚糖生成一种紫红色的复合物。复合物使茜素红S在-0.408V处的还原峰峰电流降低。在选定的最佳条件下,用循环伏安法和线性扫描极谱法测定其峰电流的降低值与壳聚糖的浓度在0.5~7.5mg/L的范围内呈线性关系,线性回归方程为Δi″p=30.92+108.4CCTS(mg/L),相关系数0.9990;检出限0.4mg/L。据此建立一种快速、简便测定壳聚糖的方法。该方法可应用于实际样品的测定。 Alizarin red S (ARS) can react with chitosan (CTS) to produce an electrochemically in-active complex ARS-CTS in the buffer solution of NaAc-HAc ( pH = 5.0). ARS has a wen-defined second order derivative polarographic wave at - 0.408 V ( SCE). Adding CTS into the ARS solution resulted in the decrease of the peak current and without the change of peak potential. The decrease of the peak current is proportional to CTS concentration from 0.5 to 7.5 mg/L. The limit of the detection is 0.4 mg/L, with the correlation coefficient of 0.9990. This method can be applied to determine CTS.
