摘要
目的:建立大鼠颌下腺SS模型。方法:用差速离心法纯化Lewis大鼠颌下腺的p5抗原,免疫Lewis大鼠,分别于免疫后的第14、2 1和2 8天取颌下腺进行组织学观察,测定颌下腺相关功能指标(饮水量、颌下腺指数)。结果:免疫后14天时的发病率为6 6 6 7% ( 4 /6 ) ,组织学评分为1 83±0 75 ;2 1天时的发病率为83 33% ( 5 /6 ) ,组织学评分为2 83±0 98;2 8天时的发病率为83 33% ( 5 /6 ) ,组织学评分为2 33±0 82。模型动物饮水量及颌下腺指数改变与病理改变相一致。结论:差速离心法纯化的p5抗原可成功诱发模型,14~2 1天出现比较典型的颌下腺SS病变和器官功能相应的改变,2
Objective:To develop a rat model in SMG of Lewis similar to SS.Methods:Lewis rats were sensitized by p5 fraction isolated and purified from SMG of Lewis rats with centrifugation and SMGS of them were removed and followed by pathologic studies at 14,21 and 28 days after sensitization.Organ index of SMG and volume of drinking water were measured.Results:The incidence of SS were 66 67%(four of six),83 33%(five of six) and 83 33%(five of six) separately and the pathology scores were 1 83±0 75,2 83±0 98,2 33±0 82 separately at 14,21 and 28 days after sensitization.Conclusion:Changes similar to SS can be induced by p5 fraction isolated and purified with centrifugation.The function of SMG changed consistent with typical pathological changes from 14 to 21 days and recovered after 28 days.
