摘要
维护职工合法权益是工会工作的出发点和落脚点。经济结构的调整和产权制度改革,使工会工作面临的形势更加复杂,各级工会组织要认真研究、勇于面对、积极解决工会维权工作中的新问题,全面履行维护职责。
It is our starting point and ending point to maintain the lawful rights and interests of the wide employees during our actual trade union work. The adjustment on the economic structure and reformation on the property right system make the situation that the trade union is faced with more complex the trade union organizations at all levels should seriously make the studies、face to the actual condition bravely and actively solve the new problem occurred in the trade union work for maintaining the rights and interests of the wide employees and we should entirely carry out our duty and responsibility for maintaining the rights and interests of the wide employees.
