摘要
现代化电池生产线对其中的电池检验环节提出了更高的要求,而传统的电池参数检测方法及其设备已难以与这些先进生产线相匹配。介绍了一个基于现代工业计算机而开发的电池参数自动检测系统,包括系统的硬件组成、工作过程与程序实现方法,简要说明了系统的一些新增功能。并根据实际生产线上的应用情况,对系统的性能特点进行了总结。
Along with the rapid development of domestic cell industry, modern cell production pipeline has put forward higher request for cell testing phase. However, traditional testing methods for cell parameters and the equipments are not able to keep up with these advanced pipelines. This paper mainly introduces an automatic testing system based on modern industrial computers, including hardware composition, the working process, methods of process implementation. Then some new functionalities of the system are illustrated. Finally, according to the practical application of the pipeline, we summarize the performance characteristics of the system.
