摘要
文章对自决问题的基本历史发展进行评述,区分西方自由主义理论和非殖民化运动不同背景下自决的动员要求;通过对当代国际社会人权领域涉及自决权概念的分析,阐释自决权理论发展为亚洲型国际法主权理论以及在当代自决权作为通过自决参与发展的发展权要求。最后分析了个人、地方、少数民族参与自主发展事业并形成自治发展的各种经验类型。
Having commented on the historical development of self-determination, this paper makes a distinction of requirements for self-determination between Western liberalist theories and non-colonialist movements. By analyzing self-determination that is involved in the field of contemporary international society and human rights, this paper expounds the requirements of the right of development in which the development of the right of self-determination plays an important role in Asian sovereignty theories and in the contemporary right of self-determination. In the end, this paper analyzes how individuals, districts and minorities can participate in self-development and various empirical types of self-developments.
