摘要
目的:探讨大肠癌组织中P选择素的表达。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法测定47例病理证实的大肠癌组织、相应癌旁组织及8例正常大肠组织P选择素的表达。结果:P选择素在正常大肠黏膜和癌旁组织中不表达,在大肠癌组织的阳性表达率为59.6%(28/47),差异有统计学意义(χ2=39.8,P<0.05)。P选择素与大肠癌患者的年龄、性别、大肠癌组织的大体形态、组织学类型等无关,与淋巴结转移有关(χ2=14.648,P<0.01)。结论:P选择素与大肠癌的转移有关。
Aim: To explore the relationship between the expression of P-selection and invasion and matastasis in colorectal carcinoma tissue.Methods: The expression of P GAAB2 selectin in 8 cases of normal colorectal tissue,47 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissue,and the adjacent tissue was detected using immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of P-selectin in normal tissue and para-carcinoma tissue was negative. The positive expression rate in colorectal carcinoma tissue was 59.6% (28/47),significantly higher than those in para-carcinoma and normal tissue (P<0.05).The expression of P-selectin in carcinoma tissue was not correlated with age,sex,morphology, or differentiation(P>0.05),but with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion: The expression of P-selection is associated with metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
