摘要
对外汉语教学是一门艺术,而课堂组织管理艺术是这门艺术中极为重要的组成部分.尽管现代教育观强调教学应以学生为主体,但只有在教师充分发挥其组织管理的主导作用的前提下,才能更好地调动起学生的积极性,使课堂教学既生动活泼又井然有序,进而实现对外汉语教学全方位的优化.本文从授课时间的分配、教学节奏的调控、课堂氛围的营造、教学环节的设计等诸方面就对外汉语教学的课堂组织管理艺术进行了探讨.
TCFL is an art. But the skills of organization and management in the classroom are an extremely important element in this art. Modern concept of education emphasizes the student-centered approach, but the prerequisite is that teachers should be dominant in organization and management. Only when this point is reached can the zeal of the students be better brought into play, and teachers should make the classroom teaching and learning vivid, vigorous and orderly. In this case the optimization of classroom teaching and learning could be fully achieved. The skills of classroom organization and management have been explored in the thesis in terms of the distribution of teaching and learning time, the control of teaching and learning rhythm, the adjustment and construction of classroom atmosphere, the design of teaching and learning procedure , etc .
