摘要
介绍数控桥式龙门铣床龙门直线同步运动的位置控制原理,分析了影响传动精度的变量误差,介绍了误差测量和误差补偿方法,提出了解决长行程桥式龙门直线同步运动位置控制检测元件选择、结构设计的原则和两种解决方案.
In this paper the linear Synchronous movement principle of the gate bridge millers using position control is introduced. Analyzing the effect of transmission precision variable error, the method for errors of measuring and compensation is introduced. The method of the position control of long distance linear synchronous movement for the gate bridge, the choice of the element, the principle of structure design and two examples to resolve the design are given.
