摘要
我国目前住宅商品房市场存在着需求与供给过剩共存的现象,同时伴随着住宅商品房的高价格。完善价格形成机制目的是让住宅商品房价格在市场竞争中形成,努力做到价格形成既符合价值又适应供求。一个完善的市场经济体制,首先要以价格为核心,由竞争机制,供求机制等互相适应,互相制约组成充满活力的市场机制,才能调节市场经济的正常运行与发展。在市场经济中只有依靠市场、政府、第三方力量等综合手段才能完善住宅商品房价格形成机制。
The market of commodity apartment of the house has phenomenon that a demand and supply surplus coexist at present in our country, following the high price of the commodity apartment of the house at the same time. Perfect price form mechanism purpose to let house commodity apartment price transform into among market competition, try hard to form and accord with value as well as adapt to the supply and demand at the price. A perfect market economic system, should regard price as the core first, by competition mechanism, such co-adaptation as the supply and demand mechanism,etc., restrict and make up the market mechanism full of vigor each other, could regulate the normal running and development of market economy. Rely on market, government, third party strength,etc. comprehensive means perfect house commodity apartment price form mechanism only among market economy.
