Current aspects in accelerated wound healing by electrical stimulation

摘要 电刺激疗法具有无创、操作简便、适应症广、无并发症等优点,已被广大医学工作者和患者所接受,其医学应用领域也不断拓宽。电刺激能促进多种生长因子的分泌和表达,促进细胞的增殖与分化;导致细胞电穿孔,增加药物的摄入量。并综述了电刺激在促进骨折修复、治疗骨质疏松、慢性溃疡及瘢痕等创伤的实验和机理研究成果。 Electrical stimulation therapy has its advantages in woundless process,easy operation,wide indication and no complication, which is accepted by medical operators and patients, its application field is keep developing. Electrical stimulation can enhance the excretion and expression of all kinds of growth factors, accelerate cellular proliferation and differentiation, and increase the absorption of drug or gene due to cellular electroporation. This paper reviews experimental and mechanism research in electrical stimulation's accelerating wound healing such as fracture, osteoporosis, ulcer,and scar.
