摘要
                
                    通过对陆上摇帆训练这种新的帆板训练手段的研究,从实践上为帆板运动的训练及帆板运动员的科学监控提供理论依据。结果显示:帆板属于在起航和冲刺阶段无氧代谢占优的供能项目;大负荷陆上摇帆训练是一种有效提高运动员比赛中起航和冲刺能力的训练手段;建议血清睾酮、游离睾酮和皮质醇可以作为阶段性机能监控指标,血色素和血尿素可以作为小周期机能监控指标。
                
                Based on the study on the sway-sail training which is seen as a new training methods of sailing-board, this study aims to provide the theoretical references for the scientific monitoring of the sailing-board athletes and the training of the sailing-board. The results show that: the land intense-load sway-sail training is an effective training method for the sailing-board movement, so it is suggested to heighten the supervision work to help the coaches and the athletes regulate their arrangement of training process. And the index of haemachome, blood area nitrogen, serum testosterone, free testosterone and cortisol can be seen as the effective supervision indexes.
