经皮穿刺椎体成形术对骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察椎体成形术对椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的疗效和安全性。方法对19 例椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者采用椎体成形术治疗,即在X线透视引导下,取椎弓根入路,经皮穿刺进入椎体后,高压注入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯骨水泥,共治疗29个椎体。术后随访3-12个月。结果术后患者变动体位时的疼痛明显减轻或消失,活动度增加,复查椎体正侧位片未见椎体的进一步塌陷,所有患者无需切开手术治疗。结论对于椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折,经皮椎体成形术可有效、安全地重建椎体强度,防止塌陷,并有较好的止痛作用。 Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression and fractures. Methods 19 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression and fractures underwent percutaneous vertebroplasties under X-ray guidance. Polymethylmethacrylate was injected into the vertebra and 29 vertebras altogether, 3-12 months follow-up after the treatment for all patients. Results After the treatment, all patients increased activities, the pains of changing body positions abated or even disappeared. Furthermore, X-rays of orthotopic and lateral views showed no further collapse of the affected vertebrae, thus open surgeries evaded. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty seems to be effective and safe in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. It helps rebuild the collapsed spine, relieves pain and pressure, and prevents further collapse of the affected vertebrae.
