微管相关蛋白-2与缺血性脑损伤 被引量:6

摘要 微管相关蛋白-2(MAP-2)存在于神经元的胞体、树突和树突棘,参与构成细胞骨架、突起生长、胞浆蛋白运输、神经元塑形等功能,其丢失涉及到神经元结构破坏和导致神经功能障碍,对MAP-2的深入研究,可进一步了解神经生长发育、突触可塑性形成等生命活动的本质,并为脑血管疾病等神经系统疾病的治疗提供新的线索。
